Tony started with QBE, parent company of Elders Insurance, in 1998, and has progressed to Managing Director /owner of Elders Insurance South West Victoria.
Having grown up on his parents’ farm and worked in their water delivery business, Tony’s background has helped him better understand the needs of farmers and business owners and what they expect from their insurance agent.
Tony’s qualifications include Tier 1 Compliance in General Insurance and Personal Accident & Illness; and a Diploma of Financial Services. He manages a diverse range of clients and provides specialist knowledge in:

Kristi has been in the insurance industry since 2003, joining QBE / Elders Insurance in 2004.  She is Tier 1 and 2 compliant with a Diploma of Financial Services General Insurance.
Kristi has a strong understanding of our farming clients’ needs having grown up on her parents’ farm in Dunkeld. She has six years’ experience managing and processing claims, providing a responsive and efficient service.
Nikkie joined the business in 2001 and is one of our claims specialists having had many years experience processing and managing claims.  Nikkie is Tier 1 and 2 compliant with a Diploma of Financial Services General Insurance.
Known for her exceptional service, Nikkie has undertaken many roles in her insurance career and brings indepth knowledge of the local area to our team and clients.
Krystal has been in the insurance industry for over 10 years, with 8 years working at a local assessing firm. Krystal is Tier 1 & 2 compliant with a Diploma of Financial Services General Insurance.
With her prompt response and friendly nature she is always happy to help assist clients with their personal insurance enquires and claims processing.
