With more than 30 years in the insurance industry, Tony is your local agent on the Cassowary Coast. He has been an Authorised Representative of Elders Insurance since 2006 and has enjoyed servicing the needs of his Cassowary Coast clients throughout this time.
Tony has developed a broad range of knowledge in insurance to assist business, farm and personal clients make informed decisions on their insurance requirements.
Tony is fully compliant with the Financial Services Reform Act (2001) and is ASIC Tier 1 and 2 qualified.
Vicki is a proud Cassowary Coast local who started working with Elders Insurance in 2011. She has worked in the local insurance industry since 1991.
Vicki is our local Claims Officer and understands that claiming can be a daunting process. She works to ensure that your claims experience is as stress free and easy as possible and processed in a timely manner.
Vicki is fully compliant with the Financial Services Reform Act (2001) and is ASIC Tier 1 and 2 qualified.
Kim joined Elders Insurance Innisfail in 2020 and has lived in the Cassowary Coast region for 20 years. ÂÂ
Kim brings 5 years local insurance experience and takes pride in offering efficient and excellent customer service and looks forward to meeting the insurance needs of both our new and existing clients.

Chrissie is a born & bred Cassowary Coast local who joined the Elders Insurance Innisfail team in 2022.
With 30 years customer service experience, Chrissie is well-known for her excellent customer service skills and looks forward to applying her local knowledge to helping our customers with their Personal and Landlord insurance needs.
Chrissie continues to undertake training to develop her insurance skills and product knowledge and is fully compliant with the Financial Services Reform Act (2001) and ASIC Tier 2 qualified.
