Elders Insurance Batemans Bay

I have been so impressed with the way my claim was handled after my house and property burned during the black summer fires. Sam Milllynn at Batemans Bay was unbelievably kind and thoughtful and so was the assessor. They were sure to make me feel comfortable and supported. It was probably the only thing after the fires that I didn't have to worry about. The assessor turned up promptly (and had to jump through hoops to get to my property but he persisted) and my claim was paid promptly. Sam followed up with me after the fires to make sure I was ok, and he handled the new policy for the property very professionally. We have been recommending Elders to everyone ever since.
