Tony started with QBE, parent company of Elders Insurance, in 1998, and has progressed to Managing Director / Owner of Elders Insurance South West Victoria.
Having grown up on his parent’s farm and worked in their water delivery business, Tony’s background has helped him better understand the needs of farmers and business owners and what they expect from their insurance agent.
Tony’s qualifications include Tier 1 and 2 compliance in General Insurance and a Diploma of Financial Services. He manages a diverse range of clients and provides specialist knowledge in:

Nikkie has been in the insurance industry since 2002,  joining QBE/Elders Insurance in 2008 and is one of our claims specialists having had many years’ experience processing and managing claims.
Nikkie is Tier 1 and 2 compliant with a Diploma of Financial Services General Insurance.
Known for her exceptional service, Nikkie has undertaken many roles in her insurance career and brings in depth knowledge of the local area to our team and clients.
Kristi has been in the insurance industry since 2003, joining QBE/Elders Insurance in 2004.
Kristi is Tier 1 and 2 compliant with a Diploma of Financial Services General Insurance.
Kristi has a strong understanding of our farming client’s needs having grown up on her parent’s farm in Dunkeld.
With many years’ experience managing and processing claims, Kristi provides responsive and efficient service.
Krystal started in the insurance industry working at a local assessing firm for 8 years before joining QBE/Elders in 2014.
Krystal is Tier 1 and 2 compliant with a Diploma of Financial Services General Insurance.
With her prompt response and friendly nature, she is always happy to help assist clients with their personal insurance enquires and claims processing.
Hayley has been in the insurance industry since 2021.
Hayley is Tier 2 compliant in General Insurance.
She has a farming background growing up on a local farm in Lake Bolac comprising broadacre cropping & sheep farming.
