Brendan started his insurance career at Elders Insurance Swan Hill, Victoria, in 2002 and five years later had the opportunity to purchase the Elders Insurance Bundaberg agency.
As the local insurance agent, Brendan often meets customers on their premises so he can gain a thorough understanding of their operations.
With extensive knowledge and experience in the insurance sector, Brendan has the ability to determine a customer's requirements and tailor a solution that best meets their needs.
He has a Diploma of Financial Services (Insurance Broking).
On a personal note, Brendan and his wife Amy have three young children. He enjoys his family time, camping, travelling and the Queensland lifestyle.
In 2005, Michelle started working in the insurance industry in her home country of New Zealand. She moved to Australia in 2009 when she began working for Elders Insurance Bundaberg, assisting customers with policies and claims.
She has a Diploma of Financial Services (Insurance Broking), and Diploma in Business Communications
Michelle manages office operations, including team training, regulation and compliance management, product and claim knowledge and general procedures to ensure the office runs efficiently and with customer focus at front of mind.
Michelle enjoys volunteering her time on a number of local committees for sporting and community organisations.
Jo started at Elders Insurance Bundaberg in 2018, and has over 25 years experience in the Insurance Industry.
Her main focus is providing exceptional customer service to all customers. Jo is most experienced in Claims, and has experience in handling claims in various products.
Jo has completed her Tier 1 accreditation in General Insurance which allows her to assist customers with new business and existing enquiries, in addition to her main role as claims specialist.
Sally moved to the region in 2021 and commenced work with Elders Insurance Bundaberg soon after.
She is settled in the local area and very happy to be part of the Elders Insurance Bundaberg team. She can competently assist customers with all general insurance enquiries.
Sally has been in the Insurance industry since 2009. She has both her Tier 1 and 2 accreditation through the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance, and continues growing her knowledge and developing her skills with ongoing learning.
Lauren moved to the Bundaberg region in 2024 with her husband and two sons and made a return to Elders Insurance after previously working for Elders Insurance in Mackay for seven years. She has over a decade of experience in the insurance industry and has completed a Diploma of General Insurance.Â

Lauren is knowledgeable in all Elders Insurance products and passionate about the quality and level of personalised service she can offer to clients in both sales and claims. Lauren enjoys working with customers on insurance solutions and immersing herself in the local community.
Veronica joined the Elders Insurance Bundaberg team in 2021, and has undertaken training to develop her insurance skills and product knowledge, including completion of her Tier 1 and Tier 2 accreditations through the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance.
Veronica is Bundaberg born and bred and previously worked in the agricultural sector both locally, and in other parts of Queensland. She particularly enjoyed assisting primary producers with property and business development planning together with implementing sustainable land management practices.
Amber is the friendly face you first see when you visit our office and has been with the company since 2014.
She is able to assist you with Personal and Landlord insurance inquiries. Amber is also handling some local claims ensuring they are processed efficiently and with care.
Amber has attained her Tier 1 and Tier 2 accreditations and continues to develop her skills through ongoing training.
In 2007 Brendan and Amy moved to Bundaberg from Victoria where they had the opportunity to purchase the Elders Insurance Bundaberg agency. Amy has since been involved in the business part time, in addition to raising their three children.
Amy has completed her Tier 2 accreditations through the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance.
Amy assists customers with personal and landlord insurance and looks after some of the business operations.  Â
Jennifer joined the Elders Insurance Bundaberg team in 2023 moving across from Auckland, New Zealand where she worked in the Public Service in Evaluation and Education for many years.
She has developed her insurance repertoire through ongoing training and developed her product knowledge including completing her Tier 2 accreditation through the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance.
Jen has recently completed her claims management training and has an interest and focus on Personal and Landlord insurance products.
 Jen assists customers with personal and landlord insurance and is working towards expanding her skills into other areas of insurance.Â
